They say fuel oil drilled in Philippines is not useful? It is not a reliable statement.

If I can use as fuel supplement the water, juice, soda drink or any liquid as long as it is not poisonous, why they say our oil is not usable?

They say it is waxy, yes even wax is a good fuel.

They say it is not compatible with oil refineries in Philippines, of course not compatible because they process semi refined oil already.

Why the government would not make research how to put up distillation plant with such kind of compound, instead of saying we don't have technology? 

We can save big money from it, create jobs instead of paying distilling companies big profit.

Try to have it distilled a simple method like the nepa rum procedure let us see if engine will not run.

They immediately say we don't have technology? Not reliable statement.
